This Privacy Policy is supplemental to the Company Terms & Conditions and any other agreements at any time between Customers and the Company and is incorporated by this reference into the Terms and Conditions and all other agreements between the Company and its Customers. Together, these documents, as may be amended by the Company from time to time without prior notice or consent from Customers, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and its Customers.

HOW WE COLLECT AND USE NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

In creating an account with the Company, the Company will collect your name, email address, password, phone number, company name, whether you are a sales agent or broker, and your license number. As a prospective investor in a property listed on this website, we will collect similar information from the prospective investor, as provided. We will also collect any other information that you provide to us through our Site, including but not limited to the contents of any message you submit to us or to another through our Site. For the purposes hereof, the term “you” refers to anyone who uses our website.

We also gather Web server log file information automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system. This information aids us in administering our Services, understand how visitors navigate through our Site, all with an aim to enhance the Site user experience.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information that we collect solely for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and maintain our current and future Services;
  2. To evaluate and monitor usage and activity by Customers;
  3. To communicate with Customers as we deem appropriate;
  4. To protect our Services, Customer use and intellectual property; to address technical matters, fraud, or security issues, and to prevent or stop activity which the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems to pose a risk of being an illegal, unethical, or legally actionable use of our Site; or to provide as evidence in any litigation; and to enforce this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions and
  5. To comply with all federal and state legal or regulatory obligations
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We share Customer information with affiliated companies, sponsors, service providers, and others whom we believe promote the best interests of all Customers. Unless authorized by a prospective investor in writing, in advance, We do not provide personal contact information about any prospective investor to any real estate agent. We may disclose information to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, including as part of a judicial proceeding; in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or other legal process; or as part of an investigation or request from law enforcement or a government agency or official.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

Cookies and web beacons are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. The Company collects information through cookies and web beacons about your web browsing activities, which by way of example include but are not limited to the address of the page you are visiting, the address of the referrer page you previously visited, the time you are viewing the page, your browsing environment and your display settings. Such advertising is a form of revenue for the Company. This enables us to provide our listing services to real estate professionals at no cost.

The Company has no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to or content in them at any time. The Company assumes no responsibility for the content of or services offered by linked third-party sites, and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of information on third-party Web sites, or the advisability to rely upon such information in whole or in part. Statements made on third-party Web sites linked to or from our Services reflect only the views of their authors and not of the Company. Clients of real estate agents who wish to correct or delete the personal data that we use on their behalf, should contact the real estate agent with whom they interact to make such a request.

From time to time, the Company may send promotional or other emails to Customers or, on Customers’ behalf, to Customer Clients. Customers and Customer Clients may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If Customers opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send them non-promotional emails (e.g., about their account with us). If you are a Customer Client/prospective or actual investor that receives emails from one of our Customers and you no longer want to be contacted by that Customer, please unsubscribe directly from that Customer’s communication or contact the Customer directly to update your email preferences.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a California resident you may request from the Company, one time per year free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request via email to support@greatnextflip.com/ca. In your request, provide a current California physical mailing address for you for your response.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to update and change, at any time and from time to time, this Privacy Policy and all documents incorporated herein by reference. If the Company changes this Privacy Policy in ways that affect whether and how it uses your personally- identifying information, the Company will advise you of choices you may have resulting from those changes.
