In creating an account with the Company, the Company will collect your name, email address, password, phone number, company name, whether you are a sales agent or broker, and your license number. As a prospective investor in a property listed on this website, we will collect similar information from the prospective investor, as provided. We will also collect any other information that you provide to us through our Site, including but not limited to the contents of any message you submit to us or to another through our Site. For the purposes hereof, the term “you” refers to anyone who uses our website.
We also gather Web server log file information automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system. This information aids us in administering our Services, understand how visitors navigate through our Site, all with an aim to enhance the Site user experience.

Such advertising is a form of revenue for the Company. This enables us to provide our listing services to real estate professionals at no cost.
The Company has undertaken commercially best efforts to help protect the personal information we collect. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. As a visitor to our Site, you should undertake best efforts to protect against unauthorized access to your device and account by, among other things, creating a unique multi-character password, consisting of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols, (e.g. */!@#$%^&+) and keeping your log-in and password private. By your accessing the Site, you acknowledge and irrevocably understand and agree that the Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity or other access to your account.
You may correct or request deletion of your personal information by logging into your profile and updating your information, or by sending the Company an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law or as permitted by law for legitimate business purposes (e.g., in accordance with our record retention policies or to enforce our Terms & Conditions). Clients of real estate agents who wish to correct or delete the personal data that we use on their behalf, should contact the real estate agent with whom they interact to make such a request.
From time to time, the Company may send promotional or other emails to Customers or, on Customers’ behalf, to Customer Clients. Customers and Customer Clients may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If Customers opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send them non-promotional emails (e.g., about their account with us). If you are a Customer Client/prospective or actual investor that receives emails from one of our Customers and you no longer want to be contacted by that Customer, please unsubscribe directly from that Customer’s communication or contact the Customer directly to update your email preferences.
If you are a California resident you may request from the Company, one time per year free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request via email to email@example.com/ca. In your request, provide a current California physical mailing address for you for your response.
