Terms & Conditions

Our dealing with customers will be bind with some terms and conditions. The purchasing and availing services of Star Syscom will be based on the conditions. Therefore, we urge our customers to read these conditions carefully to avoid any hassle in the future. Some of the terms are as follows.

1. In case if the customer receives any damage material the warranty of such will related with manufacturing company. That means Star syscom is not responsible in such case.
2. The Digital Key (activation key) once sent to you via email will not be refunded in any condition.
3. We will deliver the Digital Key within 24 hours or maximum with in 0 to 14 working days. If you do cancellation in these working days, the 10% deduction on the total amount will be applicable.
